December 15 , 2025

ARCHIP’s Open Day and final presentations took place at CAMP, followed by the announcement of the GoRo Award winners and a public lecture „Czech Visions“ by Winy Maas, offering insights into contemporary architecture and future urban thinking.

During the full-day of presentations, Drahotova studio presented a new info center at Prague Castle, Wertig-Kopecky studio presented urban visions around Karlin’s Invalidovna, Kurilla-Prokop studio presented a triptych of first-year introductory projects and Maas-Knettig studio presented Prague Visions.

The GoRo Award comittee was led by Petr Štefek, Robert Votický and Radek Kolařík. They evaluated all the students‘ works and studios‘ agenda, and presented winners in two categories: Best Studio and Best Project.

The winner of Best Studio was Maas–Knettig Studio. The jury appreciated or the studio’s approach to teamwork and research, offering a fresh perspective on Prague and encouraging students to look beyond familiar locations to explore the city’s less visible potential.

The winner of Best Project was Franziska Bauer (2nd year MA), Zuzana Drahotová Studio. Franziska’s project stood out for its sensitive response to the site and its ability to highlight both historical and spatial values.

Congratulations everyone!
