Architecture and City Workshop

February 13, 2026

As part of their Architecture and City course, Masters students, together with visiting students of CY Cergy Paris University and Czech Technical University (ČVUT), investigated and proposed urban analysis and improvements for complex infrastructure junctions around the city of Prague.

Types of sites include the unprogrammed spaces within the offramp system at the outer ring road in Lahovice; Suchdol’s Tramway loop in the north; the potential of new lines for buses to improve connections around the city’s periphery; public space and pedestrian safety improvements along Wenceslas Square in the city center and around the train station in the northern suburb of Roztoky u Prahy.

The results of the 3-day design charette workshop were presented at the Center for Architecture and Planning (CAMP).
