The opening of the exhibition A Home for Memory of Nations at the (A)VOID Floating Gallery in Prague showcased 14 student projects from last semester’s Fessler-Drahotova studio, each inspired by a specific historical event or era documented by Paměť národa.

For over a decade, Paměť národa (Memory of Nations) has been working toward establishing a museum of modern history in Prague. Although previous proposals never fully materialized, students from ARCHIP, representing 13 different countries, now present their own visions for such a space.

The site-specific installation floats within the hull of a ship, and will remain open to the public until September 2, 2025 at (A)VOID Floating Gallery. With support from the City of Prague and Prague 6.
